The studio's design was born from a passion for movement and 14 years of experience working with hundreds of clients. It's the result of combining knowledge gained at the Academy of Physical Education, experience as a trainer for future trainers (TM Academy), and project work as a project manager for well-being programs...

...in large corporations such as Cushman & Wakefield, PwC, Nike PerfektSport, Frontex, Mercedes-Benz, SHOM, JTI Polska and the embassies of the United States, Sweden, Germany and Luxembourg.

Our proprietary training programs are designed to deliver real results and lasting change – we combine athletic precision, modern methodology, and a personalized approach to each participant. Each trainer conducts classes according to proprietary standards and methods that guarantee effectiveness and safety. A personal trainer with 14 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Physical Education in Warsaw, he is a trainer and author of industry-specific texts. In his work, he combines modern training methods with proprietary systems developed over years of coaching.

He loves physical activity and strives to inspire others to embrace it, so that training becomes a part of life, not just a chore. He believes that small changes can yield big results, which is why he analyzes client needs and opportunities on many levels.

A graduate of the Poznań University of Physical Education, she majored in Dance in Physical Culture, studied physiotherapy, and is a certified personal trainer.

She has been involved in sports since a young age, training hip-hop dance in competitive groups. She has been a dance teacher for several years. With her broad interests in sports, recreation, and physiotherapy, she treats each student holistically.

The motto that guides her daily life is to remain fit, healthy, and strong for as long as possible.

A certified personal trainer with extensive experience, he participated in a five-year Human Movement Studies program. He specializes in movement training, sport climbing, and boxing and taekwondo training. He creates individual programs tailored to the client's goals, skill level, and physical abilities. He focuses on functional strength, mobility, and overall fitness, thus building safe movement habits that significantly improve quality of life and athletic performance.

A certified personal trainer and Train Movement Academy participant, he has been passionate about sports for over six years, and he shares this passion with others. His athletic experience and completed courses allow him to create effective training strategies. He specializes in body shaping, combining precisely designed training plans with personalized nutritional support, helping his clients achieve sustainable and lasting results. His interest in psychology allows him to motivate and support people in achieving their goals.

Physiotherapy

Joga

A physiotherapist with a passion for a healthy and fit body. He holds a master's degree from the University of Rehabilitation in Warsaw and studied osteopathy at the Academy of Osteopathy in Warsaw. He is a former Polish Tennis Association player.

He specializes in working with patients with back pain, poor posture, sports injuries and overuse, joint pain, and headaches, as well as in preparing for and recovering from surgery.

She works with words (as a journalist, writer, and screenwriter) and with the body—teaching Ashtanga Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for 16 years. She is the author of numerous articles on yoga, and gained her knowledge during numerous teacher training workshops in Poland and India. For her, yoga is not only a form of movement but also an ancient wisdom, which she approaches with humility and respect. In her work with students, she is guided by mindfulness, kindness, and empathy, as well as the awareness that each person carries their own unique story, recorded in their body. She deeply believes that yoga helps us live a fuller life.
