Hello!

My name is Kasjan Pracki and I am the founder and Head Coach of NXT Level.

The idea of studio was born from a passion for movement and over 14 years of experience, so you can be sure your health is in the hands of trusted specialists.

Using my knowledge from the University of Physical Education and my experience as a trainer, coach, and author, I have created a proprietary training system and methods, which I implement with my team. All this to help you quickly achieve your dream physique, health, and previously unattainable energy levels.

What does the first visit look like?

Stage I: 15-minute remote conversation (phone or online) with the Head Coach

Stage I: First training in a mini group

Stage II: Studio consultation

During the consultation, we'll discuss your training goals, challenges, and how we can help. No strings attached.

During the visit, the trainer will perform a series of functional tests, a postural assessment of your figure, and finally present an action plan for the coming weeks.

Semipersonal Training

During the first session, the trainer performs a series of tests and selects specific exercises, thanks to which he can precisely program subsequent training sessions in a mini group.

Physiotherapy

We combine modern physiotherapy with osteopathy to identify and address the true cause of ailments. We work holistically, combining manual therapy, neurological work, and resistance exercises.

If you want to practice yoga that is fully tailored to the needs of your body and the stage you are currently at, 1:1 classes will be fully adapted to your current needs.
